"Great stay, very busy but no issues at all"

"Little gem in the middle of the busy San Marco Sestiere. We had the fabulous tower view room, plenty of space, with super shower (great if you are tall), daily fresh mineral water, juice and yoghurt left in our room. Would highly recommend - perfect room for a Venice City break. We had coffee and croissant each morning in the bakery downstairs - clearly a favourite with the local Gondaliers as well as the tourist crowd. What a find. "

"Great place near the train station. We stayed here because it was conveniently located next to the train station. It made getting to and away from Venice easy. The area around the hotel has a lot of shopping and restaurants. It's easy to get around the entire city from here. Room were small, but they were comfortable. The morning breakfast was nice."

"A good homely hotel, cool modern interior, with large rooms with TV, air con, ensuite, plenty of towels, soap, hairdryer, sofa, 3 bends in the family room. Breakfast is worth paying for. Staff are very helpful, going the extra mile for guests. Recommended."

"My daughter and I stayed at this charming boutique hotel for our 1 night in Venice. The room was so comfortable and Elia our host was wonderful. It was in a location easily accessible to everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend! "

"What a lovely stay. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Our room was on the top floor, its smaller, but quaint. Bathroom was comfortable size. Asela was lovely, helpful, and accomodating. He made you feel so welcome! After we wandered for 20min from the taxi to the hotel, i couldn't believe how perfect the location was, it was a last minute booking and a great choice. Dont bring roller suitcases to venice. We watched everyone else struggle up and down those steps."

"This 5 star property checked all the boxes for a lovely stay. The views of the vineyards were surreal. We relaxed by their pool. Their service is excellent and were served wine with views of the vineyards. We are at their Michelin style restaurant. Our room was custom decorated and the bed was comfortable."

"Excellent location near Mestre station (just one stop by train to Santa Lucia), clean and comfortable room, and good value for money. The sink, the TV, and the AC in the single room come in very handy. The owner, however, is a grumpy guy who won't hesitate to swear and yell at you at the flimsiest excuse (yes, really!). "

"Staff is not so nice, never asked if we were ok in the room, no cooling air conditioner just warming which We think we should have had more than one choices, so we had to open the windows to sleep. We spent two nights in the property and they never cleaned the room. The shower area is very small that I can’t ever wash my hair comfortable. The safe box is super old and no very reliable. Only few international tv channels, a lot of local channels. Not worthy! I would not recommend the property...
