"I can’t say enough about the customer service at this location. Everyone goes out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and your trip truly memorable. From the men at the front desk to the breakfast staff, each person helped make our visit wonderful. For travel tips, dining recommendations, laundry, taxi guidance, or local restaurant suggestions, just ask them. Their knowledge and advice are spot‑on. Of all the hotels we’ve visited, the level of customer service here stands out as one of the very best."

"Beautiful, peaceful, and quiet getaway from the chaos of the tourist spots in Florence. Clean rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and great food served just downstairs. Feels like you’re staying in a home (but with amenities of a hotel). Accessible to public transportation (having a car might be better, though). Plenty of activities to do as well (we did wine & food experience). Great way to just be lazy and lounge around in the winery. We also got to do our laundry during our free time lol overall, definitely recommend!"

"Our first visit to Tuscany and this was a beautiful location. We had the 3 bedroom apartment and it was so much space. Full kitchen with terrace, living room with TV if you want it, views of the Tuscan countryside from the windows. We had breakfast on sight each day, dinner a few times. Fresh and local ingredients. I loved walking through the property seeing the animals and in the trails through the woods. Only 5km outside of Florence, it's a great location to still do the touristy things in town."
