"Property was excellent. The kitchenette was great, bathroom and living area were spacious. Air conditioning worked very well and balcony was shaded in the afternoon and large enough for two. Free parking could be challenging. The bed was quite firm. "

"This was a perfect apartment for Siracusa and Ortiga. It was massive and the balcony was amazing - but the chairs were a little uncomfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment for a short or long stay"

"Horrible. Reservamos por la mañana habitación, realizando el pago y estando la reserva confirmada en dos emails por hoteles.com. Cuando llegamos por la tarde nos dijeron que no tenían sitio para nosotros. Que habían vendido nuestra habitación. Nos tocó buscar otro sitio por la zona de última hora y teniendo que pagar mucho más por la habitación. En el hotel ni se molestaron en ayudarnos o darnos alguna alternativa. Les dio exactamente igual que nos quedaramos tirados!!!! Experiencia...

"The location is great and the apartment is clean. The lady was very communicative. The downsides were: loose toilet seat, terrible WiFi that barely worked, squeaky bed, shelf doors taped on shower. Whilst the apartment isn't bad the pictures are a little photoshopped. Strongly encoursge the owner to fix these issues."

"One of our best stays in Sicilia, the level of hospitality of Maria and Adriano are beyond 5-star. The place is clean, brand-new and extremely convenient for a stay in Ortigia. The hosts are very helpful and responsive for the guests. I would highly recommend Elsa D’Ortigia for a stay for everyone who respects privacy. Lovely place"
