She was so apologetic for making us wait to walk us from the parking to the hotel even though we had screwed up and not replied to her last message! She made great restaurant recommendations. "Well kept room just outside of the main region of town - easy walking distance, and close to street parking (EasyPark Payment App), or to a parking station just around the corner (more expensive). Instructions to access the property were provided via whatsapp and were easy to follow. Airconditioning available as room was quite warm after a warm-ish day. "Quite a delightful small hotel with a friendly and helpful owner/manager. The rooms are attractively decorated. Very atmospheric. The only negative was that we didn't expect the street would actually be all stairs and located either three down from one regular street or four up. The street below had several good restaurants and one in particular specialized in regional food. For the somewhat younger and more fit (we are in our 80's) this would be a great place to stay.
