"Room was spacious for 3. Property is clean and updated. Very pleased with room. Also has a good view if city and mountains from window. Staff was nice and offered help but may not be great at follow through with the request/offer. We booked transportation to airport for the day we leave through the reception. On the day, there was no signs of such transportation nor any records of one being booked. They ended up calling a taxi for us. One time we called to get a hair dryer replacement and was told someone would come in 15 minutes. No one ever showed up. Small inconveniences but front desk staff and restaurant overall were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel is centrally located at the heart of Naples near the central station. Easy access to the airport with the shuttle bus just 3-5 mins walk away. The receptionist Davide was very helpfull. The Hotel luggage storage has plenty of space for guests leaving in the late afternoon or evening."

"This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. And the staff went above and beyond during our stay. Beautiful property overlooking the cliff right on the ocean. Breakfast was amazing. The room was not that comfortable. Beautiful, but not comfortable. The shower did not have a way to stop the water from leaking out, so every shower ended with water all over the bathroom floor. The room was very very tight and small. We prefer a little more space to be able to put our suitcases. We stayed here 3 nights. Access to the port was fantastic for ferries each day!! There is no beach or beach club access, but it is very close if you wish to pay for a beach club day. There is a public beach not far from the property, but the beach in this area is not the nicest. Positano and capri were nicer areas to access the beaches. Hotel location was perfect. Although this hotel is right on the ocean/cliff, it has very few views of the ocean. Only occasional windows to see out of. The property is mostly facing their garden, which is beautiful, but we wanted more ocean views for the price we paid."
