We had a few hiccups with our room, but the owner had someone who was onsite and had it fixed within a few minutes, and this was at 8:30 P.M. after the office was closed. It is very convenient to downtown Brevard. The owner was very personable and wanted our stay to be a great experience! We will definitely be back. "

"We enjoyed our stay and received great value for the accommodations. The staff checking in and checking out were great. The property is not as close to the check-in location as I thought but that was okay because it was situated in a very quiet place up on the mountain per se. My only negative is the amenities fee charged for my one-night stay in which I really cannot use. Check-in time is 4 and the pools, mini-golf, games, etc close at 5. By the time one checks in, drives to the unit and then has to drive back to the rec center it's almost 5. Check-out is at 10 and the place opens at 8 but I am not in a rush to go do those activities at 8 am. Would have been nice if the amenities were available until 7 or 8 at least. The price was right so the fee is not that much of a big deal other than I couldn't really use what I paid for."

"If you are visiting a child at Western Carolina University, this is the best hotel that we have stayed at. New and equidistant from the university and downtown Sylva. Easy access to Walmart or grocery stores if you need. Staff is always polite and the hotel is always clean."
