"The room was clean, but there was cracking in the shower. We were in the building that required you to take a second elevator. It did take forever to get hot water in the shower. Breakfast and dinner were good. We had a light go out, staff got it taken care of efficiently."

"This hotel is really interesting because it’s a very old (1926) YMCA so has a HUGE , really nice indoor pool for a hotel- and hot tub and spa amenities. The museum is also very interesting. The huge problem with my stay was lack of staff. Restaurant: closed for table service, had to order at the bar, and it took three selections from the menu until I was not met with “I’m sorry we’re out of that”. (And not a Big menu to begin with). Then in the morning, same thing at the cafe , out of many items, payment machine not working etc. the staff that were there were super nice and doing there best to be very helpful, but not a great experience"

"Fantastic Hotel. Parking facility is underground and safe from adverse weather, Standard rooms are not huge, but are comfortable and decorated tastefully. Nice dining options right inside the Hotel. A few blocks from Busch Stadium, but priced more reasonable than those closer. Worth checking as an option for your stay. Perfect if you are going to the ARCH!"

"We were traveling with 2 kids. The pool was awesome-salt, I believe. They even had pool noodles! The breakfast was like a restaurant; buffet and made to order, all included. Parking in the ramp was literally in the back of the building with a hallway into the hotel, super easy. Do eat or bring food back bc delivery and availability in the area was limited. 3 cheeseburger baskets was $76 with fees. Otherwise, easy to get to the zoo and other attractions."
