"We had an issue with double bookings for our room for some reason I had booked on my Expedia app. The staff was wonderful rectifying the issue and extremely polite. The young man checking us in was in t raining and did a great job being thorough. Would recommend this hotel"

"Very efficient and affordable option for those who love to explore. Right next to train station that allows you to move around the city and Europe with ease. Great breakfast options … we ate couple times at their buffet and found it very nutritious and delicious. The hotel has everything you need . Absolutely would recommend to anybody and would come back in the future ."

"Hotel was in a good location for Schonbrunn palace and gardens (right across the road and glorious views across vienna) and although not in the city centre it was conveniently next to the metro system which was efficient and easy to navigate. The reception were helpful as we arrived early but we were able to park the car and leave our cases until check in time to explore, and they gave us helpful advice on where to grab some lunch (gloriette in the palace gardens) and where to find the metro. The hotel looked slightly dated but it was clean and the family room we had for 4 people was large and enough space for 4 adults. It was a good base to exploring and the staff were all lovely. I had not realised the parking was an additional 25 euros a night though so just remember to factor that in if you are on a roadtrip"

NH Vienna Airport Conference Center

"We had a late arrival into Vienna after 17 hours in transit from the US. We saw the NH as being a WALK from baggage claim (5 minutes), decent reviews, king beds, and a buffet breakfast. Our idea was to be in bed as quickly as possible after landing. It worked great. We landed at 10:20. We were in line for immigration at 10:30, and done at 10:35. Our bags arrived at 10:45. We walked in the door of the hotel at 10:53, and were in our room at 11:02. Time for a little unpacking, a shower,teeth brushing, and into bed before 12. Perfect. The hotel REALLY is a 5-minute walk from baggage claim. Check-in un unnecessarily slow, given that we'd reserved on their website and they had all the info on us.. Even so, it was less than 5 minutes. The bed was firm. A choice of thin and thick pillows. Good shower. Nice desk. Breakfast was an extensive buffet. We heard no road noise or airport noise. I don't think I'd want to stay at the airport multiple days, but this was a great way to end a long set of flights, and get horizontal with out delay."
