"I stayed with my family for 3 nights. Nice hotel in the country side which is good for relaxing and piece of mind. Very friendly staff who is willing to do the extra step to go further beyond your expectations. The lady who manages the hotel is very nice and even upgraded us free of charge to enjoy our stay. Everyone is amazing and lots of nice facilities (pool, bowling, courts …). Efficient service and great food. I highly recommend the place and I would defiantly return if I get the chance....

"Now this was totally unexpected. I am originally from Pernitz, about 20 or so km from Wiener Neustadt, but live in Los Angeles. On this trip from the USA to Austria we were visiting friends in Ljubljana, and after arriving in Vienna we had planned to spend the night in Wiener Neustadt instead of Vienna to cut the trip to Ljubljana the next day shorter. A comfy and convenient plane-to-bed option
"This was a one-night unexpected stay due to flight irregularities on a business trip. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the airport. It has the benefit of a cart-park, i.e., you can take your bags from bag-belt to hotel and back on a cart via accessible pathways and elevators which is a big plus. The hotel is quite large, with a very posh but well-priced restaurant which serves all-day warm buffet on an all you can eat basis. A smart choice for some odd arrival hours (crews stay here a lot). The room was clean, large and with all amenities. I was dead tired and essentially slept it off so not much to say except that it was quiet and very comfortable to go from plane to bed and back. If needed to stay around VIE, I would return. "
