"Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent. Great location. Easy to walk to all the attractions but a bit of a bumpy walk to/from the station with a wheels case (cobbles everywhere) so maybe consider the bus or taxi. Quirky layout of hotel so maybe not for people with mobility issues. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Oh good lord, what's not to like? A hotel with its own history - Dante's wife was born here! Every attraction is within 10 minutes walking distance. The staff were fantastic, friendly, couldn't have been more helpful! The reception staff were just lovely! The cleaning staff keep the place immaculate and the waiting staff kept the restaurant immaculate and well stocked! The room was kept lovely and cool and the room had a fridge in it"
"Very welcoming staff. They were all nice and kind, sharing a lot of places to visit. Cleaning was done every day.
The bus stop was near the property which makes it much easier to roam around central florence.
