"Quando prenoti non c'è scritto, ma stanno facendo lavori di ristrutturazione, perciò dalla mattina presto ci sono rumori, trapani, e botti. Letto scomodissimo e duro, pulizia scarsa, nel bagno c'erano ovunque capelli. Colazione scarsa. Per 100 euro a notte c'è di molto meglio."

"Hotel muy lindo dentro de la toscana, instalaciones muy limpias y bellas. Personal muy amable y la comida del restaurante excelente muchas gracias a todos."

"The hotel is a little dated but still nice, or room was small but ok"

"We, my wife and I, staid 3 nights mid August . We were surprised that nobody came during our stay to clean our room and/or make the bed. But 2 more things were more shocking to us. 1- There was indeed a kettle in our kitchen, however nowhere to plug it. There was no wall socket to plug the the 3-pin plug. Also, no cups to be found in our kitchen. I had to go to the restaurant to ask for cups ! 2- The breakfast costs 18 euros. This price would be acceptable with more choice of food and free...

"The staff were excellent and the hotel itself was fine. The issue was one of isolation. If you aren’t travelling by car then options are significantly limited. Taxis are almost impossible to get (they have to travel from Pisa), the buses were intermittent and weren’t running at the weekend. It also isn’t safe to walk along the main road to access other amenities. On our first night both restaurants were closed (something that we weren’t told when we checked in) and the nearest supermarket...

"Property was near the airport- thought the plane were landing and taking off in the parking lot. Room was clean but as with overall hotel tired. Amenities were missing, no tissues, paper cups - just 2 per room and cheap environmental toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked. Breakfast was very good! Parking was excellent."

"Good family room for an overnight stay, with a queen bed & 1 single, an ensuite & a tv. Plenty of towels and parking. Was a 7-10 mins walk to a local pizzeria for supper. Left early for our Pisa flight & was just 10 mins drive away, so very convenient."

"Un petit coin de paradis !"

"It’s unique and nice."

"The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There were barely any sheets on the bed so I was cold at night. The door to the bathroom is glass so going to the bathroom at night and turning on the light means your partner can be woken up by the light. Poor design. The room was quite small. The best thing about the room was that the window opened all the way for fresh air during the morning and afternoon if you wanted."

"Best stay ever!! Grazie ❤️"

"I couldn’t even get to the venue, they didn’t answer their phones for a whole two days when I was trying to explore how best to get there. Very poor service, called, sent emails, no response. Never again!"
