Staff were very nice and helpful. The spa facilities are chargeable and managed by an external company. The pool & jacuzzi on the roof are small and do not accommodate a hotel with this many rooms. "Rooms were clean the staff helpful breakfast not good"

"Who said this property is in a good location We were so scared to walk around there Full of tents on the street with homeless and protesters"

"Excellent, the hotel it’s close to many restaurants and beautiful plazas. I really love it."

"This is actually a 4 star hotel. It’s very modern and they r still Up grade it. Location is excellent, room is spacious, staff r helpful. U can walk to all the spots, very convenient. The only thing is they keep change the breakfast, and took the salmon and tomato’s away in the last day. I stayed here for 4 nights."

"Room is little small. Restaurant is little noisy if you open the window"
