"We’ve been renting vacation homes for over 15 years, and Casa Cielo is easily one of the most amazing we’ve ever stayed in. I’ll admit, I had a few concerns going in — I wasn’t sure if the house or pool would be big enough, if the pool would be too warm, or if it might feel too far from things to do. But every single worry melted away the moment we arrived.The house is private, peaceful, and thoughtfully laid out. The pool was the perfect size and temperature, and the whole property felt safe and secluded — just what we needed. Don and Angie, the house managers, were kind, helpful, and incredibly responsive throughout our stay.If you're on the fence, don’t be. Casa Cielo is a gem — we’re already dreaming of coming back."
Brand new luxurious villa with bay and mountain view

"Home and location was as advertised. The house and its location was absolutely beautiful! It was built “on the wind”, so there is a very nice breeze all day long. At night, the breeze is cool and so comforting. The home is 20 minutes or so from some must-see places in the northern part of the island, and about 40 minutes from great restaurants, stores and the famous “floating market”, making this home in an ideal location so you can conveniently experience all that the island offers. The communication with the host and all of the others contacts couldn’t have been any better, as they made sure our stay was wonderful and comforting at all times. The house provides spectacular views of the ocean, and it is located just a few minutes away from one of the nicest beaches we have ever visited, Cas Abao beach. I can honestly say, that my family and I had one of the best vacations of our lives in this beautiful and immaculate home!"

"The house was Amazing! Beautiful view from every balcony. At first we thought it would be to warm with no A.C in the living room, kitchen area but we were wrong. It was very refreshing when we had the patio doors open. And the swiming pool is clean. There are floating tubes and noodles avaliable. We also saw parrots and a few flamingos in the early morning. And the house has a fully equipped kitchen. However, the groceries are much higher than any other island I've visited. The best thing for us was to eat out in the local restaurants. The food was fantastic.The cost was less or the same as buying groceries. Maybe the California grocery store was just over priced. And it does take about thirty minutes to get to Willemstad but worth the drive. But stores there close by 6pm during the weekdays. And many are closed on Sunday or close by 2pm. All around, we had a great time. We rented cars and went to different beaches on the west side. Which was not to far from where we stayed. They say the best beaches are on this side of the island. I definitely have to agree! Thanks to our host for renting out their beautiful home. "

"Cas Abou Seaview Villa is absolutely beautiful! On one side are views of the Caribbean waters & palm trees, and on the other side is an exspansive valley with a small church located in the hills. The veranda became our prime meeting location with a large table & chairs. It was great for meals & playing games! To celebrate our 50th anniversary, we invited our 3 children & their spouses. There were plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms. The pool cooled us off on hot afternoons, & the kitchen was more than adequately supplied! Roy, Hilde, & Gerritt answered our questions quickly. We strongly recommend this beautiful, spacious home!"

Luxury 12-Guest Villa Cas Abou: Seaview, Pool & Private Beach Access

"The house is absolutely stunning — spacious, beautifully organized, and with a perfect view.
It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the rooms were large and just as pictured. It truly is a spectacular place to spend a vacation.
However, there were a few disappointing aspects that affected our experience. The bathrooms had a very unpleasant sewage smell, especially the toilets in some of the rooms. That was difficult to ignore during our stay.
Another major issue was the check-in process. We were left waiting outside the house for over 40 minutes with two small children in the heat, because the person responsible for meeting us (Rouse) arrived very late. We had groceries and were tired after our trip, so that delay was frustrating and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the host was not flexible with any of our requests. We asked for a late checkout — knowing there was no reservation right after ours — and even offered to pay extra for it, but the request was denied without any real consideration.
Overall, the house is gorgeous and has a lot of potential, but the service and support left much to be desired. If you’re traveling with children or need some flexibility, keep this in mind before booking."

"We had an amazing stay at Don’s place. The outdoor areas are incredible and even better than the pictures. The wildlife, pool, ocean access—you can not ask for more. Don and Angie send out great recommendations and are happy to facilitate anything to make your stay even better. We took advantage of having the fridge stocked and booking a chef for a night. We had such a great time and are already looking forward to coming back in the future"
