"I have stayed at this location many times and I have never had an issue with the hotel. This time we had very noisy children across the hall from us. There were 4 of them and they continued to slam the door and make videos running up and down the hall. At midnight, I had enough. I called the front desk, from my own phone because the room phone wasn't working, and security was up there right away. Didn't last long as they peeked out of the door and as soon as security was gone, they resumed their loud behavior. Didn't get the good night sleep I typically get when I stay here, but I will not judge the hotel for the lack of responsibility in the raising, or lack thereof, of the 4 young teenagers they thought disturbing the 3rd floor was OK."
