Carversville Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The inn is located in a charming little spot, where our outside balcony made it easy to enjoy beautiful trees and people at the park. Room 21 is large and comfortable, decorated in deep green and fanciful wallpaper. The bathroom tiled floor is heated. The innkeepers are attentive to every detail. The restaurant is excellent, as is the breakfast sandwich offered across the street at Thyme and Plate. The inn is a lovely escape without the crowds of New Hope yet easy to get to all of Bucks County offerings."
Courtyard by Marriott Philadelphia Willow Grove
8/10 Good
"Cute hotel, quiet, and comfortable. A future dealbreaker was the lack of access to basic marketed amenities like fresh coffee. It was faster and cheaper to leave the line, drive to the gas station, pick up coffee and drive back than it was to wait in the breakfast line which they make you do just to get premade drip coffee. Guests were frustrated at the long waits, which occurred every day of the stay. Why not just keep a fresh pot out and let paying hotel guests fill a cup themselves?"
