"I booked in January for a summer weekend, arrived in July to find hotel closed and had to find another hotel. I contacted the hotel through expedia and through their website twice in the week running up to my stay. The Guest House did not respond I arrived to find Hall Bank Guest House locked up and closed. I had to find emergency accomodation for the night. I suggest that potential holidaymakers think very carefully before risking booking Hall Bank Guest House"

"I didn’t stay there as it looked grim to say the least from the outside and that I was asked to provide £200 CASH deposit which I may or may not of got back as I had to leave very early following morning "
