"The room was comfortable but the carpet and chairs can use some deep cleaning. The front desk staff was very polite and accommodating, however, the valet staff was very rude. There were about 6-8 open handicap spaces available at the front of the building that they were attempting to block and make inaccessible to us with a handicap placard displayed. We are disabled veterans and had to deal with that rude staff member in order to access the front entrance for check in. This issue should be taken care of by management. We were on a tight schedule and needed to be on our way. Overall the stay was good but not great."
