"The cottage was cosy and had everything we needed. A minor niggle, but it was a bit cluttered with cushions and throws in the sitting room - the throws just slid off the leather sofas and the cushions were too big and too many, so were surplus to requirements. The location suited us very well, with a host of lovely walks and places to visit nearby. We had a wonderful break and can recommend!"

"Old cottage with some modern touches, ideal for a holiday in West Cumbria. Comfortable for 4 with a dog. Some furnishings seemed a little tired, but beds were comfy and for the price, it couldn't have been a better stay."

"Good property in a great location, excellent grounds and access to the beach which the dogs loved. Good quality kitchen , just missing a small welcome pack which we normally have when we go for a cottage stay, its always useful. Bedrooms were a bit basic and didn’t like not having a full shower, some small details need to be looked at, curtains in lounge with mis- matched or broken curtain rings. Overall we had a great stay in a lovely part of Scotland."
