"The host does everything for that you feel welcomed and relaxed from the beginning. During the week he also made a short follow-up. The house is placed in a very quiet area. You feel the silence immediately. The place is very well equipped both in- and outside. The place is definitely recommendable. Further Grasse is possible to reach in a 10 minutes walk. It is a very cozy city to walk around in. We found good restaurants. The supermarket was around 9 minutes away by car - a huge supermarket...

"It was everything as advertised. A heated pool would have been better and special lamps to zap the mosquitoes as an idea for future renters. Refrigerator with ice making capability was a huge surprise and the greatest, most appreciated, feature! (funny to say but true). No coffee drip machine but coffee percolators (discovery for most Americans). Good space for 6 of us! Will consider renting the same villa every year. "

"Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment with good internet and smart TVs in all rooms. Good quality (and quiet) air conditioning throughout and was much needed. Pool was clean and well looked after. Hosts live upstairs and were kind and helpful. Only drawback is the A8 motorway which can obscure the beautiful view of the valley and does have some noise which is only heard when outside the property. We had a great stay!"

"We absolutely loved this house. It takes 20-25 mins to get to downtown Nice, but we loved hanging out by the pool and the wonderful views. If your looking for a nice peaceful place this is the one. The owners were awesome and you can tell they take pride in their house. We would take trips into town during the day to see the sights then hang out at night and swim."

"We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Beaulieu-sur-Mer! The home itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the train station, making it super easy to get to Nice, Monaco, and Menton and other places around. "Amazing house very quintessentially french and perfect for our multigenerational family holiday. A few things could have been better - bike tyres were flat on all but 1 bicycle and 2/3 of the clothes airers were broken. Plus a few extra sun loungers would be useful. Apart from that - great communication and a wonderful week!"
