Toilet paper support was broken! People were smoking pot next door! Restaurant food service was not good

the place needs alot of work. staff at the front desk "Carter" to be exact needs to be more professional with staff as well as customers. broke elevators were broken, fire alarm went off at 2am and we also found many dead lady bugs throughout the room and also had to kill a roach.

This was a great property. Everyone was so amazing and helpful. Our server (and the bar tender) Bianca was absolutely wonderful. She was doing the job of 3 people, not missing a beat and the whole time smiling and kind. We will be back
