"This property was in a great location and very close to EVMS, CHKD, ODU and Naval Station Norfolk. It was clean, quiet and very convenient. Although I gave 5 stars my only negative is the property owner should consider replacing their towels and bed linen. Although they were clean, they were all very dingy and bordering on dirty looking. In spite that I do recommend this place as I will definitely consider staying again on my next visit(s)."

Liquid soap at both the kitchen sink and bathroom was practically empty so we had to purchase new containers form our stay. Only a Keurig machine was provided for coffee but ZERO coffee coffee cups. "The cottage was nice, rustic and nautically decorated. The location was good for the areas we wanted to visit. Safety Concerns: The porch steps to the side door were very steep - should be 4 or 5 not 3. The mold in the upstairs shower was a issue, and the lack of useful railing on the steps to the upstairs. The decorative railing was difficult to use for balance."
