Housekeeping and turn down service was good too, save for one incident when the spoons in the room were simply wiped and instead of replaced — we could tell because although the cups and spoons seemed new, there was dried up food on the spoons, food that we ate earlier. That said, the error of one person shouldn’t reflect the rating on the otherwise amazing service of everyone. "
