"It was a great stay. Thank you"

"Our room was 1004, first night we couldn’t sleep with the sound of like whirlwind from our room"

"Great"

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"

"The location was convenient, staff were good. There was a problem with the air conditioner. It kept turning off randomly, especially at night. The staff did look into it but then the weather cooled down so it wasn’t so much an inconvenience but as the warmer weather comes it might be an issue."

"The room is very clean and the location is so close to everything. The staff are very helpful and polite. There’s a bar/restaurant on the ground floor and a rooftop bar on level P. There’s also another bar just across the entrance. So on weekends ie it can be a bit busy by the entrance. But the beds are so comfortable and nice. Good amenities but location wise it’s excellent. Close to the beach, supermarket, malls, cafes, restaurants and other food options. Unfortunately pool wasn’t working when...

We were not informed about this prior to our stay, unless we would have not booked here. The day we arrived the weather was very windy and the patio doors on our ocean view room were banging. We were bitterly disappointed but once we spoke to Bernice on reception we couldn’t fault the excellent customer service we received. She upgraded us to a fabulous suite...

"Amazing views and a great location"

"Room was clean, staff were nice, got a great view of both city and beach from my room. only down side was the parking, we had a lot of trouble with the off site parking"

"The room was a decent size and includes a toaster and microwave. Small bathroom. Balcony overlooking car park. Rooms are not serviced daily and because it was raining towels were not drying so asked for additional."
