The bed was super comfortable and being on the 13th floor, was quiet from road noise. Very convenient with the tram stop right outside and easy access to all the tourist spots. The side wall of the bath is quite high and I found it difficult to step over getting both in and out and also the bath was quite slippery. I would like to see a steadying handle fitted to the wall opposite the glass walled entry point. I am a senior citizen and I felt several times that I was going to slip and fall "
