"Eagle tower is old and run down, stay at the other towers. Front desk is not as helpful when requesting for an extra day of stay. No effort done for help. The Island Bingo staff is great. There's no valet, although there are shuttles to help take you to the parking lot, it would have been better to have a valet. Bell desk is no help either."

"Hotel staff was decent, bed was comfy. Had to switch rooms at 2am due to finding a cockroach, just to be switched to a less valuable room and when I opened the door to the new room there was a naked dude sleeping in bed. Got switched again to a room that didn’t have a fridge/freezer for my cold stuff, finally got upgraded to a jacuzzi room but tv did not work. Breakfast is a loaf of bread, cheap bagels and a toaster. Would not recommend this hotel."

"The place was clean. Everything was as described. The con was that there was no one answering the phone or texts when we wanted to request an early check-in or to leave our luggage before the check-in time."

"The hotel was beautiful and clean. The room was nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel as it was in a quiet neighborhood. We utilized the shuttle and that was so helpful for the event we went too. The shuttle driver, I believe his name was Gerald, was so friendly and made sure everyone was accounted for when picking us up from the event. My only complaint about the hotel was the fridge in the room. It was not cold at all. I had to get ice to keep our food and beverages cold. I put food in the fridge overnight and it was barely cold when I woke up. We ended up throwing it away in the AM. "

"Wouldn’t recommend! This hotel is like a motel 6/super 8. Stayed here due to house being worked on and the shower floor was nasty, the floors were nasty. The women at the desk didn’t greet me when coming in and that’s what sets a tone when entering an establishment. 0/10 don’t recommend. No pool so don’t even bring your kids here!"
