"Horrible experience. My wife suffers from asthma and room was very muggy. A/C was locked. Went to front desk and they said someone will come to room. 2 hours later go back down and they said A/C was locked for winter. Gave us a table top fan. Also we requested an additional towel set as there was 3 people on reservation(room had 2 queens beds also) only 2 towels in room. They gave us a hand towel and said that is all they have. Next day after full day out from 7am-5pm got back room was not...
