I am sorry to say that when we arrived on a Sunday afternoon after a five hour drive, the property was clearly already occupied. At a busy time of year, it was difficult to secure other accommodation at very short notice. The company operating the rental were, however, very helpful in trying to organise something else, although we sorted the problem independently. We have used Vrbo several times in the past and have never had a problem before. There was obviously a breakdown in communications on this occasion which, hopefully, they will address.
