"One of the best hotel options in Carmel. Everything is just as advertised and location is super convenient to walk around town. The only thing I would advise is the limited parking space, but it’s a common situation with every other hotel in town."

"Do no book here. Worst experience of my life. They left us stranded. Canceled our room and tried to blame a third party. When in FACT they canceled it. I had a 1 year old with me and they kicked us to the curb when we were 300 miles from home. DO NOT BOOK HERE."

"No elevator, microwave and coffee inside bathroom which is unsanitary. Very uncomfortable bed. Not a good stay at all. Asked staff where is cottages, he refused to answer. No map of the area like other motels. Will not stay hear again. Room is very small and feels unkept and old."
