"TV was located facing sofa area not the BED. Except for this the resort was wonderful."

"Location is terrific. Room is adequate, comfy bed, bathroom arrangement is a little odd but adequate."

"We booked the Laguna room for three nights but ended up couldn't stay for more than one night due to privacy/safety issues. Check-in was difficult because the property does not have a front desk. No check-in instructions were sent on the day of arrival, so we had to contact the property and wait for a response. The room lacked a closet, drawers, and hangers. "More like a motel than a resort. We were very disappointed with the state of the hotel and our room. Kitchen cabinets were banged up, paint peeling on doors and stains on the dining room seats. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Hotel staff was rude and unhelpful. "It was very clean and neet"

"The best trip we have taken as a family by far. The staff was so helpful and kind, and went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. The proximity to the park was incredible as well!"

"This is a very cute place."

"Very pretty. Front desk staff were very friendly & helpful. Pool was great. Shuttle into Carlsbad village was very convenient"

"Below average the service"
