The project is scheduled to be completed in May 2027.Traffic in the work area will be reduced to one lane in each direction on Carlsbad Boulevard.Portions of the upper sidewalk will be closed.Construction equipment and signage will be visible throughout the work area.Hours from MON-FRI, except city holidays 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Family reunion

We came from Arizona and Nebraska for a family reunion. Our grandkids loved the time we spent on the beach because it was so accessible. When we weren’t at the beach itself the views from the house were amazing!

Family fun at the beach

Great property for family with attentive hosts, especially if you have young children. The downstairs bedroom has an adjacent play tunnel filled with toys. The upstairs bedroom has a balcony that is perfect for people watching and the setting sun over the ocean. Plenty of room for the family and nicely appointed with TV, kitchen items, and beach toys.

Fantastic Beach House

Location location! The house has everything you need for a family vacation. That being said , Lots of stairs, if you have small kiddos or elderly you gotta be careful. Very quiet neighborhood and the best sunset views. Loved watching the surfers too. BBQ could use an upgrade but overall my family had the best time and can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful place, amazing location

The place was everything I expected from the listing. It’s such a nice, cozy space, the location can’t be beat, and they had everything we would need for our stay. We got a lot of use out of the beach items that they stocked. The downstairs room is great for kids. There are a lot of stairs but that was clear from the listing. The master suite is phenomenal. If you’re planning to cook you should be aware that there aren’t really any spices, oil, condiments, but to me that’s a small thing considering how awesome everything else was. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was just a lovely place!

Perfect location, beautiful property very good layout, large and very spacious, nicely furnished, well stacked , clean and perfect from every aspect. Definitely deserves 5 stars. We also very much appreciated the beginners surfing board that allowed our son to learn to surf. Definitely recommend it
