"We loved our stay here! It was exactly what we were looking for. We had 4 adults staying here and it was a great value for the space. Hosts were very responsive to questions. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that it was further away from downtown and the places we were visiting than we would’ve liked. We did not rent a car and took a lot of Ubers, but if you had your own car it wouldn’t be a problem."

"We were attending our son’s graduation from BU. Being near the harbor and all the wonderful north end restaurants was great. My wife’s mom was intending to join but was unable to do so. That was for the best, as she would have had a difficult time negotiating the stairs that were no problem for us at this unique property."

"The apartment was great and exactly as listed in the description and pictures. Check in & out was quick and easy and Jenny was helpful and responsive. We had a group of 11, 8 adults 2 kids and 1 infant. There was plenty of sleeping room in the four bedrooms. The beds were pretty low so keep that in mind for anyone with knee problems or lower extremity issues. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had nice upgrades. We had a 12 passenger rental van and the parking space was a little tight...

"Most highly recommend for basic suburban rental space. We stayed one night. Host Julia was very communicative and provided excellent explanations about parking and door un/locking in advance. Space was very clean, well-appointed, well-functioning. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept with windows open enjoying the fresh air and peaceful neighborhood. "The property is a cool house with the apartment on the bottom, secluded up the driveway. Bathroom shower was great. We didn’t cook anything. The air didn’t seem to stay on so it did get warm even when I turned it down."
