Bachelor/Studio unit with bathroom & Kitchenette for your weekend getaway. This is a private unit consisting of a living space with full bed, kitchenette, full bathroom and 1 parking space.

Downtown Carleton Place's shops, restaurants & recreation are accessible by a short walk on the OVRT rail trail, and we are located 20 minutes (by car) west of Kanata or 40 minutes to downtown Ottawa.

Down the street we also have a microbrewery, pub with waterfront patio and convenience store.
