"Small boutique inn. Our room was spacious and had enough room for the 3 of us. Beds were comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly. Located close to shops, restaurants and the beach. They also had a separate parking lot where I could leave my rental car. Would definitely stay here again, next time I visit PR."

"This property has a beautiful panoramic & breathtaking view of the ocean and St. Thomas Bay. It is close to downtown, and simply beautiful. The rooms are simply appointed and very clean. Libby is an excellent host, making guests feel like you're visiting their home. You'll be well taken care of at Island View Guesthouse. Delicious breakfasts also. "

"From the moment we arrived, we knew we made the perfect choice! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and the balcony with an ocean view was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves and sipping coffee with that view was a dream come true. Every staff member we encountered were incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and taken care of. This resort felt like a home away from home, but with the luxury of ocean views and resort-level service. We will definitely be staying here again and recommending it to friends and family. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation, cleanliness, and top-notch service, this is it!"
