"Great location, close to great shopping and restaurants. Only 7 minutes to Scottsdale airport and 22 to PHX. Home is laid out great with large great room / arcade, quiet living room off the kitchen and bedrooms have their own bathroom (mostly) and many beds / sleeping arrangement options. Yard is huge with pool, volleyball, basketball and grass area for dogs to play. We used it all! Home had everything we needed and then some!! Would be great for families with small children as well. "Everything about the stay, other than the price, was great. I have stayed at this property multiple times, and the price is usually much more reasonable. Not so this time, but I did book on fairly short notice. Property is beautiful and well-kept. Multiple bedrooms in the unit make it ok to share with business associates. Have had the family along before too, and it’s even better for that. "

"Our hosts Mike and Kara have been very accommodating and quick to address any issues. They are often asking what can they do to make it better and jumped at the chance to improve our stay. Mike and Kara have made many improvements to this unit. The unit has new counter tops, a new stove, new microwave, new refrigerator, new dishwasher, new washer and dryer.
