"The location, price and ease of booking is fantastic! Communication from property manager was great. That said the hallways and elevator smell like there is a dead body rotting somewhere. The property is also covered in dog poop, cigarette butts and trash. The ad does mention the smell so 10/10 for honesty lol."

"It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. "

"Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. "

"When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. Within 2 minutes after ending...

"We were pretty desperate to find a place to stay and found this one. It met our expectations given the price point. The information regarding the possibility of other guests smoking was accurate and it was a bit smelly upon entering the building but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy check in process. Very clear. We ran our air conditioning pretty cold the whole time to help with any possible odors. It seemed to work and we enjoyed the stay."

"Clean and roomy with convenient parking and terrific views from the living room. Decor was thoughtful and appealing. Bathrooms were nice with plentiful hot water and very good water pressure for showers. Microwave was nice and powerful. We appreciated the condiments and supplies left behind by previous guests. The couches looked good, smelled clean and were comfortable. The mattresses allowed a good night's rest though the MBR mattress felt quite worn on the nearest side. The electrical outlets...
