"They cancelled my stay after I had already turned up in Cardiff, pretending that I had booked on another day. I ended up having to sleep in my car during freezing temperatures. It’s now almost two weeks later and I still haven’t had a refund so I’m posting a review. "

"The property is located centrally surrounded by shops and restaurants. There is a lovely park opposite. There was no bath but two modern showers. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed being so central and being able to walk to most places. The house was spotless and beautiful ly decorated. Will return. "

"It is not a bad place. The place need to be cleaned properly when someone leaves. A potato and a bottle of milk was left in the fridge. I threw the potato away as it was smelling but did not tough the milk. I think a shower curtain may help to prevent the bathroom tiles getting wet. Thankshe milk. "

"We loved our stay - property was clean and in good condition, and walkable to everything we wanted to do. Would stay here again. Pro tip - there’s a coffee shop run out of a church about a block away. Hours are atypical, but great coffee and the nicest people on planet earth!!!"

"The house is very well situated. Communication with the property owner was excellent. Beds are confy and bathrooms are of good standard. Check-in process was easy and we were provided with parking permits which was super helpful. Unfortunately the dishwasher was not working during our stay which was very annoying as we were a big group."

Within walking distance of city centre and close to local shops, pubs and bars etc., An excellent hamper provided a very welcoming sight on our arrival after a long journey. "This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. "
