The location is gret close to everything and quiet. close to a nice main square and shopping street. where you can find restaurants, supermarkets , bakeries and a local food market on the nearby square very frenchy market with local people shopping.
the apartment , it is newly renovated , easy to reach from train station or bus stations or airport. a the apartment you can find a map of the town ,some brochure of what to do in carcassonne. Well equipped if you want to do a bit of cooking yourself. comfortable bed and great shower. we have too a sofa bed and bay bed. IDEAL FOR A COUPLE OR FRIEND OR FAMILY WITH KID

Apartment perfectly located, close to restaurants, supermarket, train station, lovely canal and river walks.....and the absolutely beautiful medieval city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

le jour de l'arrivée l'accueil de Madame Jovi bien, par contre je n'ai pas eu l'appartement réservé, celui que nous avons eu n'était pas très propre avec odeurs d' égouts, robinet de baignoire ne marchait pas, four et micro onde dans la cuisine très sale, évier dans la cuisine bouché 2 jours avant notre départ , donc déçus de la location

Le plus : Un endroit bien placé en centre-ville et à un prix très correct. Les moins : La porte d'entrée au logement n'est vraiment pratique, les lits sont vraiment très basiques. Pas de bouchon pour pouvoir utiliser la baignoire, ce qui est bien dommage...

No teniamos agua cliente, la tv no funcionaba, la cisterna del baño tampoco. Sucuo y lleno de trastos. Nos fuimos a las 2h de llegar. Perdimos el dinero y nuestro tiempo. No lo recomiendo. Poco serio , nada profesional

L'anonce ne correspondait pas,nous devions avoir un appartement avec une chambre,nous avions 3 chambres,la propreté limite,linge propre mais vieux. La salle de bain est vetuste pas d'eau froide dans la baignoire, la douche opérationnelle,tâches de moisissures tout autour du bac,la porte coulissante cassée un rideau limite pour remplacer la partie manquante, le sol très abîmé avec du moisi sur les plinthes,abattant des toilettes avec des tâches qui ne partent plus,pas de papier toilette. Dans la cuisine pas de tire bouchon,pas de grille pain. Pour terminer des odeurs de remontée d'égout pas très agréables.cette location mériterait une mise aux normes générale.

Estuvimos muy agusto, la ubicación genial y la limpieza muy bien. El apartamento con 4 detalles estaría perfecto, hace falta utensilios de limpieza, una escoba, un cubo, fregona y la bañera no tiene cortinas o mampara con lo que al ducharte se sale mucha agua, de ahí que haga falta la fregona. Cómo detalle si las sabanas y toallas fueran del mismo color quedaría perfecto. En general bastante bien.

L’appartement se situe en centre ville possibilité de se rendre a pied au château,cependant pas de place gratuite pour la voiture. L’appartement était propre mais un peu sombre,et nécessiterait un meilleur entretien

Perfecto por lo centrico, aunque en un edificio muy antiguo, el apartamento esta bien. Demasiado grande para pareja pero ideal para familia completa ya que tenia 3 habitaciones.

Appartement bien situé, propre mais les ustensiles de cuisine inexistants, 1 verre à pied, pas de plat pour le four, tire-bouchon cassé, très peu de couverts Pas possible de branché le portable sur la WIFI sinon la télévision ne fonctionne pas !!! Sinon appartement agréable

Cet appartement est plutôt vieillot et ne correspond pas vraiment à l'annonce. Beaucoup de points sont négligés et demandent de sérieux travaux de rénovation: cuisine, électricité, sa!!e de bain, literie...... Heureusement, Carcassonne et ses environs restent un magnifique lieu de vacances!

Apartamento muy centrico, a ras de calle, la calefacción funciona perfectamente por lo que no se pasa frio. Jovana muy atenta en todo momento.

La casa è in posizione perfetta per visitare Carcassone, a due minuti dalla Bastide. Jovi è stata molto carina e gentile, ha lasciato dei giocattoli per la bambina e patatine di benvenuto. Ci ha dato una pianta della città e informazioni circa un pulmino gratuito che conduceva sino alle mura della Cite'. Grazie jovi!

El apartamento muy grande. Habitaciones amplias. Estuvimos muy agusto. No se correspondía exactamente con el anuncio, imagino que será porque alquilan algún apartamento más. Jovi muy amable.
