"1. Location - it's in the middle of Miraflores and the area is very walkable 2. Staff was extremely helpful, the arrival for one member of the group moved by a day and they made sure the reservation was kept alive 3. "We had a lovely stay at the Pullman Miraflores. The staff were super helpful at the hotel and in advance of our stay, helping to book airport transfers for us to and from the airport which was done without any hassle and was super easy when we landed, would highly recommend for the price. We were upgraded on our arrival which is always a nice surprise and the room was immaculate and the bed and pillows very comfortable. The room service was polite and efficient. We are vegan and there were two veggie options which could be adjusted without cream/mayo. The one downside was that the restaurant which had 4 vegan dishes did not have all the ingredients the night we ordered so ended up just grabbing room service again. Regardless, looking forward to staying again at the end of our time in Peru!"

"I chose Viajero as a spot before and after a Peru Hop tour. It was great for two one night stays that were mostly sleep. I stayed in a 4 person room and the bed was clean with a dividing curtain and adjoining bathroom with two toilets and showers. Everyone was quiet and kept the space clean. Staff was very helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer to check out some of the social events or the bar!"
