"Loved this Beach home! We had our entire family on this North Captiva trip, perfect beach house with pool, great space for everyone!! Close to all beaches with golf carts. Owners were awesome, fast replies! We could see the water from many rooms at the house!! Thank you!!"

"We had a wonderful vacation. The location is perfect and the unit was very clean with all the supplies we needed. The golf cart was fun to scoot to the store or local restaurants. The owner was helpful and responsive. "

"The staff was amazing. They do close the pool early each night, which was disappointing. The drinks at the pools side bar were great but they are expensive. $17 each. There is construction, but it didn't bother us, not noisy at all. The pools are super clean and our villa was great. Would definitely return. "

"Chose this for a family retreat to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was a wonderful experience. Laurie and her concierge team were especially helpful in navigating transportation, supplies and coordination issues on a semi remote island. Property was perfect for 3 families w/kids. The beach is beautiful and the weather was outstanding during our stay. The boys were very excited about the opportunity to surf fish. One family even did a day’s fishing charter. Even the single day that it rained was relaxing. Everyone said it was great to unplug without all the peripheral activities. Resident’s tip…be careful if you’re making toast as the smoke detector is very sensitive. "

"We had a great time at this condo. Pics are accurate, bed is very comfortable, everything you need in the kitchen and steps away from a beautiful beach. The area is still very much recovering/under construction from recent hurricanes but it didn’t affect our stay. And very convenient to rent beach chairs/umbrella and have them delivered to condo. "
