"Pros: The bedrooms are bigger than pictured, aircon works really well. Kitchen well equipped (although a bit small). Huge bbq and great patio overlooking Chia and the mountains which we sat out on all the time. Franco the host is super friendly and helpful, contactable by WhatsApp and very responsive. He even gave us a couple of gifts! There are a few restaurants in walking distance in Chia but booking advised. Great base for the beaches of southern Sardinia. "Das Haus liegt sehr schön in einem grossen Garten mit vielen Pflanzen. Es hat eine schöne Veranda und auch im Garten einen Sitzplatz und eher einen kleineren Pool. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung ist jedoch eher älter und teilweise auch kaputt. In dieser Umgebung hat es sehr viele Mücken. Leider haben die Fenster keine Mückengitter, weshalb in Ruhe schlafen schwierig war. Selbst die Mückenstecker haben nicht viel gebracht. Beim Haus leben auch Katzen, welche natürlich auch...
