"We had a wonderful stay at this villa located in the heart of Cagliari. Communication with the owner was great. The place had wonderful amenities. It was quiet. The internet speed was good. Dining, groceries and shopping are literally right outside the door. The air conditioning kept up with the heat. It is an easy walk to local sites and the marina. "Everything about this apartment was amazing. The owner, Luca, was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He provided us with all the information and assistance we could possibly ask for and was always kind, responsive, and welcoming. A special thank you as well to Luca’s mom, who was so warm and lovely to us during our stay. Their hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. I would absolutely rate this place 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay."
