"Very friendly staff, with a lot of programs for everyone and everyday. We had our dog with us as well. At the pool it was not allowed to have her, but we could walk down to the beach in 2 minutes where she could stay all day long with us. The hotel is little old-school, little rooms and simple setup, I would say a 3 star if we are stricter. Definitely not a 4star hotel when we compare it with other hotels from big cities.."

"Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining."

Tutte le stoviglie avevano odore di stantio, vuol dire che l utima volta forse sono state lavate nel 2024? Cambio asciugamani mai avvenuto. Cuscini con odore di muffa....mah. "Wir waren im Sommer 2025 auf Elba und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ungefähr 250 m oberhalb einer sehr schönen Bucht mit kristallklar Wasser. Am Haus ist immer ein Lüftchen. Es ist nicht zu heiß die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe zu Caprivi. Die Betreuung durch Luca und auch die Besitzer war wunderbar. Wir fühlt uns sehr gut betreut! "We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Galatea; the apartment and proximity to the beach was amazing. Our experience was lessened by the conversation with the property manager when we arrived. This is a 3 bedroom apartment however only had 2 sets of sheets/towels (which we paid extra for)! When we responded that we were missing a set, the response was totally inappropriate: “how was I to know you needed 3 sets of sheets?” What? And further was told I had to go find them the next day. Brutal"
