Said the air-conditioning was broken. Wouldn't be fixed for our stay. Hadn't been fixed since last summer. Room was nearly 30 degrees. No communication prior to our stay. Everyone was complaining.

Don’t bother staying here if you expect a clean hotel. This is NOT a four star hotel. If they advertised that is was a one or two star hotel then I could understand, but it is not a four star hotel. Negatives: • No WiFi in rooms, only in main entrance • Awful breakfast, plates were dirty and dirty tables, plus none of the tables were cleared and full of dirty dishes • I ended up with a stomach issue for four days after the first breakfast • Walls were falling apart • Old carpet • Stains on the floor in the room • Dirty shower • No place to hang beach towels or swimsuits • Rude staff when I checked in - when I gave my drivers license I was told it isn’t a valid id card. Since when is a drivers license not a valid ID card? • Had to purchase the beach chairs even if it’s with the hotel • The pool was dirty and titles were falling off of the sides • Loud and horrible music outside of the room until late at night • No parking was available Good: • The bar tender and lifeguard were nice • the hotel was walkable to the beach We had booked and paid for four nights at this hotel and left after the first night. It was an awful hotel if you expect it to look like the pictures they have. This hotel is in need of repair.

La struttura si presenta come un Hotel, ma nella pratica è un villaggio. Ho soggiornato con la mia ragazza due notti e onestamente il check-in alle 16 é un orario assurdo e impiegabile e va a scapito di chi come noi stava pochi giorni. Avevamo richiesto una doppia ma ci é stata una tripla, e l’aggiunta del terzo letto ha tolto molto spazio a una camera potenzialmente spettacolare! In pratica abbiamo pagato 3 giorni per starci a stento un giorno e mezzo. Per il resto servizi da 5 stelle e personale estremamente gentile, simpatico e disponibile. Spiaggia privata molto bella, peccato per il beach bar molto modesto e assolutamente inadatto a una struttura a 4 stelle

La struttura nonostante sia chiaro che sia stata ristrutturata di recente necessita ancora di interventi importanti, tra tutti gli spazi comuni con pavimenti di dubbio gusto, ascensori datati e mobilio discutibile. La piscina nonostante l’ottimo livello di pulizia necessita anch’essa di interventi di rifacimento. Passando alle note positive, stanze moderne, posizione molto vicino al mare raggiungibile in 2 minuti e parcheggio disponibile. Al momento del check-in non ci sono state però fornite le informazioni basilari, come il Wi-Fi e la possibilità di acquistare il pacchetto giornaliero per la spiaggia.

La struttura è nuova e pulita ma noi siamo andati con il nostro bambino di pochi mesi ed in quanto ad accessibilità abbiamo dei problemi..stanza al piano terra con 4-5 scalini per raggiungerla e dal piano terrà altri 5 scalini per raggiungere la zona esterna (dove poi c’è la rampa che è abbastanza inutile a quel punto). Nessuno dello staff si è mai degnato di chiederci se avevamo bisogno di una mano. Per la colazione che è molto vasta posso dire solo che non hanno esposto nessun prodotto senza glutine e per me che sono celiaca è un po’ una noia ma ho comunque trovato qualcosa da mangiare.

Die Badezimmer (vor allem die Dusche) müssen renoviert werden. Der Pinienwald zum Apero trinken ist traumhaft sowie die Lage des Hotels. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

La nostra stanza era al piano terra davanti alla zona in cui si organizzavano serate, troppo rumore per chi vuole riposare la sera. Stanza piccola per 2 adulti e un bambino di 10 anni, bagno senza finestra con doccia ampia ma che allagava il pavimento

Après avoir lu beaucoup de critiques sur cet hôtel j’appréhendais notre séjour. Mais je peux que recommander cet hôtel. Chambre moderne, propre et matelas très confortable. Mis à part la nourriture qui est certes en abondance mais de mauvaise qualité (nous avons pris uniquement le petit déjeuner).

Vicino al mare, con una bella pineta davanti al Hotel. Assolutamente adatto per i bambini. La animazione è piaciuto tanto. Nel arrivo non è stato informato bene per fare la tessera al miniclub, che in teoria doveva fare solamente per chi c'era il pernottamento completo (quindi deve essere spiegato bene prezzi e condizioni per il mini club all'arrivo). Comunque dopo abbiamo risolto il tutto.
