"A really lovely stay and a great warm bath, a little noise from from the town centre on a Saturday night so suggest a room on the other side if you sleep with the window open. Lovely helpful staff, and a great breakfast."

"Lovely Hotel.Reception staff were very helpful. I had a superior double room well worth the extra cost. Had a lovely ploughmans and sticky toffee pudding for lunch in bar area,really enjoyable.Nice patio outside for evening drinks!!!Breakfast was excellent set in a beautiful dining room,service was excellent especially from sue who went out her way to make it enjoyable!This was my first visit to the Castle Hotel of Brecon and it won't be my last!!"

"We really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff and the food were excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area or popping over the border in to Wales. We were able to park right outside the door to our room which was well equipped and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to others."

"Food was amazing! The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was fab. We didn’t end up eating anywhere else as the breakfast filled us up for a full day out then the dinner really was something to look forward to! Staff were very friendly in particular Nadia she was lovely!"
