"Lovely lodge right on the beach. Quaint lodge rooms were very comfortable but ceilings are slopped so not good if you are tall. Brilliant shower but getting a little worn, still loved it. Food on the premises good and reasonable, friendly staff."

I simply asked her to check if my room rate was settled or not, as I was not sure if I had paid for the room rate before arrival or not. The bill amount that she quoted was the restaurant bill from the previous night - which I knew we had charged to the room. Anja ignored my request, and insisted on calling the waitor who helped us last night, to confirm with him if the bill was correct. She...

"Very cool location and quite relaxing. Needs some improvement on the interior and exterior of the cottage though as a lot of things were worn. It was quite windy while we were there and the wind blew most of the smoke coming the fireplace back inside which made everything smell like smoke, including our clothes in our suitcases. It did improve the feeling of being in a remote location, but still, this is probably not what you want. Overall quite good and value for money."

"The accomodation was nice and comfortable and the food was good. The staff were friendly. Parking easy. However the cockeral started crowing at 2 am outside our door and it went through the night both nights so we did not really get much sleep during our stay. The cockeral spoilt it for us I'm afraid but if that does not bother you then its a nice hotel."
