"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this little waterfront resort! It's the perfect hidden gem if you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing getaway. The property is incredibly clean and well maintained, and you can tell the owners truly take pride in keeping everything spotless. The pool was beautiful, clean, also with nice boat docks and a great place to relax while enjoying the gorgeous waterfront views. The location couldn't be better quiet, scenic, and just what we were looking for. What really made our stay special was the manager. She was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared that every guest had a great experience. Their hospitality made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. If you're looking for a charming, super clean resort with a beautiful pool, waterfront views, and exceptional customer service, this is the place. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again"

"Fun times in Florida with family at Eagles Nest. A. What we loved:On the water-kayaking, fishing (not much catching, sadly), the pool, and sunsets. What else we loved: family game nights in the comfy game room, nature sights - manatees 2x, variety of birds including owls & egrets, and fish, and local jaunts to resteraunts and beaches for shelling. We had fun feeding the tank fish-thank you Would highly reccomend for a relaxing restful retreat. Thank you for hosting us!"

"Nice house with a nice pool. We are boaters so the ability to use the boat lift was a plus. Clean, easy check-in/check-out process. Host was very responsive."

"The property was very nice. It had a few things that could have been improved, such as a having a generator once power was loss power for 40 minutes. It could use newer bath cloths and towels. Also dish towels are a must. I was happy to have dish cloths delivered by Amazon, because none was on hand when we arrived. Moreover, you should have brooms, dustpans, mops , and buckets available for cleaning. Your big grill doesn’t operate, which was disappointing to find out on the 4th of July and your smaller grill wasn’t even clean to cook on. We had to clean it before and of course after we used it. Also some of your tv’s didn’t function. Lastly, your landscaping needs mulch and rocks around some of your trees and shrubbery. Overall, I’d say the house itself is beautiful. Consequently, you can also check above the roof area of the garage, because you have some loose shingles or siding that is hanging."

"This rental cannot be more perfect. Perfectly clean, perfectly situated, perfectly stocked with needed essentials, relaxing! As a matter of fact, this is the house we are going to build in Cape Coral when we move down there in a few years on our land, it couldn’t have been more of a perfect dwelling."
