Out by the huge screened-in pool area you'll find a BBQ propane grill, several loungers, large table and chairs. The heated pool and spa features a shallow "beach area". We had a wonderful time. Quiet and very friendly neighborhood. Everyone waves hi! The house was as pictured. Had a couple of easy issues to fix off the bat. They were resolved quickly.

Spring break, 2023

The house was fairly new, very clean. Easy check in. Some of the pictures online were a bit misleading. Unfortunately, the hurricane destroyed the netting around the pool, but that was not identified in the pictures, which were obviously taken pre-hurricane. The sound bar for the TV broke prior to our stay and was not operable, the outside chairs around the table were very uncomfortable. Heating the pool and spa were a bit confusing, but the host was very helpful with that. Good stay overall.

Beautiful new home, stunning pool and peaceful

We had the best week and the only sad part was the time we needed to go home. This home is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood yet close to beaches, restaurants or shopping. Highly recommend!
