Inside this first first floor apartment -no lift available- you'll find a cosy and handy room with the living - dining room and kitchen all together. Here, you can relax watching the satellite TV or rest on the sofa with the AC (only cold air) after enjoying a delicious meal cooked on the electric cooktop. The kitchen equipment is basic and there's no washing machine or iron available. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds available, both with closet and AC (only cold air). A baby cot and a high chair are available on request. For the extra guest, we can prepare you a comfortable sofa-bed. The bathroom of the accommodation has a bath.

Canyamel is a beautiful and quiet residential area belonging to Capdepera, with one of the best beaches in the area and all needed services for an independent stay like supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The golf course is about 7 km away. Finally we recommend you visit the Caves of Artà and the beautiful Tower of Canyamel. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
