"My Wife and I stayed here late February-early March 2024. Lets start out with the most important basics. Communication with owner was ALWAYS prompt and courteous. Cleanliness of property was excellent. Bed was comfortable and views were SPECTACULAR! This unit is exactly as pictured. "Very nice, clean, friendly staff. Drinks not so good. Food was average for the most part. Pool bar tenders need improvement in attentiveness and quality of drinks. They seem to be more interested in talking to coworkers than serving drinks. Premium on the preferred package was not worth the cost. The excursion seem to all run through Amstar and are safe but boring and spend more time trying to sell coffee, cocoa and cigars than having fun. The place is very nice and the beaches are very pretty...

"First of all, to start off with a positive, the property from the outside is beautiful and is very tranquil. My girlfriend and I decided to take a mini vacation and thought this hotel would exceed our expectations. Before the trip, you get messaged by an electronic concierge whom is off site and appears to be sketch. We did not see more than two staff members on the property, whom were not very helpful. They always had an attitude and always contacted the off site concierge to address concerns...
