"100% basic room with painted white cinder block walls. Probably clean, yes, but old carpet that was sticky in places. The water pressure in the shower was not adjustable and so hard that I was afraid to bath my young kids with the shower head function (it felt like my skin was about to rip off). Nowhere to place your toiletries in bathroom except for a toothbrush. Take your money to the Grand Canyon Village, sorry NPS."

"They allow pets so in doing so they should make sure to shampoo the carpets. Our carpet smelled of pet urine."

"The property is clean and well appointed with a game room, evening fires with smores outside, and a pool/hot tub. We were very disappointed to approach the pool and hot tub to find them completely overrun with 50 or more kids, with a kids' film playing in the pool area. We never did enjoy either pool or hot tub because when we were back from a day of sightseeing, kids were always filling those spaces. We gave up. There usually weren't enough graham crackers for smores but it was a nice...

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room had a musty smell. The ac vents were filthy. Ice machine was broken on the top floor with a bag of trash that was sitting there marinating for our entire stay. Theres no food options offered by hotel so be aware. There is a restaurant inside the hotel (which is not owned by them) but their food was overpriced and didn't appeal at all."
